Asheville, NC - 3/16/2012 French Broad Chocolates was recently certified as a 3 Star Certified Green Restaurant® by the Green Restaurant Association (GRA), a national nonprofit organization helping restaurants to become more environmentally sustainable. Receiving 200.33 GreenPoints on the GRA's rigorous certification scale and having implemented 63 steps, French Broad Chocolates has gone 100.33% above and beyond the minimum requirements necessary for Certification.
