CHEMICAL & POLLUTION REDUCTION

Air and water pollution are major issues facing our society. In this section, the GRA provides restaurants with tools to decrease their contribution to climate change, indoor air pollution, the polluting of our waterways, and soil degradation. In addition, these changes will also benefit human health.

Points are awarded based on the percentage of items that meet each criterion.

Points are only awarded for the highest standard met.
