Our all-you-can-eat residential dining hall at McEwen consists of seven different stations: Chef Counter, Restaurant Rotation, Lemon & Olive, Crumb & Creme, Rooted, Al Dente, and the Phoenix Deli. The Chef's counter offers a delicious chef-forward meal that always has a vegan version of the meal being offered. The Restaurant Rotation rotates through a list of concepts to keep things fresh and exciting. Lemon & Olive offers a Mediterranean mezze style salad bar while Rooted is a more traditional salad bar highlighting local ingredients built using a live lettuce garden for the base. Crumb & Creme highlights a variety of house-made desserts that are new and exciting every single day. Al Dente is a fully customizable pasta bar with house-made pasta and sauces including a pesto that is made using basil grown in-house in our hydroponic farm. Finally, the Phoenix deli provides an option for made-without-gluten sandwiches using local products.
