California State University is working towards certification at 27 dining locations across 12 campuses, including Humboldt, San Jose, Monterey, Berkeley, Stanislaus, Fullerton, San Bernadino, LA, Northridge, East Bay, Oakland, and San Luis Obispo. With almost 60% of those locations already earning Certified Green Restaurant® status, the CSU campus network is well on its way towards greening its operations. These Certified Green Restaurants® have collectively implemented 712 environmental steps to earn more than 3,915 GreenPoints™.
